JK DATA ACADEMY sells digital educational products. Accordingly, there is normally no physical shipping or courier delivery.

2. Mode of Delivery

Depending on the product and Website configuration, delivery may occur through:

• An instant download link on the order confirmation or thank-you page;

3. Delivery Timeline

Digital products are normally delivered immediately after successful payment confirmation.

In the event of a technical delay, access will ordinarily be provided within 24 hours.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers should:

• provide a valid and accessible email address;
• check spam, junk, promotions, or other filtered folders where applicable;
• ensure their device has sufficient storage and compatible software to open the purchased file; and
• keep their order ID or transaction reference available for support.

5. Non-Delivery or Access Problems

If a customer does not receive a download link or access information within 24 hours of successful payment, the customer should contact:

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, resend the access link or otherwise restore access.

6. No Physical Shipping

Because the products covered by this Policy are digital:

• there are normally no courier charges;
• no physical parcel is dispatched;
• no shipping tracking number is normally generated; and
• no physical delivery timeline applies.

If a future product includes physical delivery, the applicable product page or separate shipping terms will specify the relevant delivery conditions.

7. Delivery Failure

Where a technical issue prevents delivery after successful payment, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access.

If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, the customer's request may be handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy, subject to applicable law.
